A sweet family of four in Montecito is looking to add a full-time nanny to their team. They have two girls, ages 4 and almost 1, and need a warm, confident, proactive professional who can manage the children’s day with independence.

About the role

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional date nights, weekend help, and staying late. The day includes bringing the older child to school, spending most of the day with the baby, supporting feeding and naps, researching age-appropriate activities, and picking the older child up in the afternoon.

Main duties

• School drop-off and pickup.
• Baby care, feeding, nap schedule, play, and outings.
• Pack diaper bag, prepare car seat, and independently manage the children’s day.
• Clean up after the children, put away toys, clean the kitchen, and do children’s laundry.
• Help with family laundry and cat litter when time allows.
• Supervise children around the family pool.

• Warm, nurturing, patient, dependable, creative, and physically active.
• Comfortable in a work-from-home household.
• Confident swimmer and highly attentive around a pool.
• CPR certified.
