Non-refundable registration/search fee to open a nanny or household placement search. Valid for up to 6 months if the family pauses and returns to the search.
Classic placement

Includes a 30-day replacement period, extensive background report and DMV driving record where applicable, up to 3 reference verifications, CPR/First Aid verification, a customized BBN placement folder, ongoing family and nanny support, and an optional candidate trial period before hire.
Premium placement

Includes a 90-day replacement period plus Classic-level screening and support, a customized emergency information chart, NDA, professional employment work-agreement templates, COVID-19 vaccination card review if applicable, and 6 months of complimentary babysitting membership access.
Exclusive placement
$5,999
Includes a 180-day replacement period, job-specific recruiting, Classic and Premium-level screening support, emergency information chart, NDA, tailored employment work-agreement support, ongoing placement guidance, and 6 months of complimentary babysitting membership access.
Temporary placement

Short-term placement up to 90 days, with screening, replacement support, work-agreement template, emergency chart, and access to babysitting support during the placement window.
Newborn and infant care

Newborn care specialist or infant-care placement support, including recruiting, screening, work-agreement template, CPR/First Aid verification, and ongoing guidance.
Important: agency fees are separate from caregiver pay. Families pay the caregiver directly for hours worked and pay BBN’s agency fee separately. Placement fees are generally due within 3 days of a confirmed offer or booking. Credit card payments may include a 3.5% processing fee.
On-call babysitting
Flexible sitter support for local and visiting families.
Local residents

For local families booking on-call babysitting. The agency fee is $30 for the first day of the week, then $20 for each additional day in the same week, per sitter.
Out-of-town clients

For visiting families booking short-term babysitting. The agency fee is $40 for the first day of the week, then $30 for each additional day in the same week, per sitter.
6-month membership
$600
Unlimited babysitting referral access for 6 months, designed for families who rely on sitter coverage often and want easier access to reliable childcare support.
Babysitting terms: on-call babysitting has a 4-hour minimum. The booking fee is paid to the agency and does not include sitter pay. Families pay the babysitter directly at the end of the shift at the agreed hourly rate, typically $25-$40+/hr depending on the sitter and number of children. Cancellations are non-refundable once booked.

Replacement policy
Replacement support depends on the package selected.
Classic includes a 30-day replacement window, Premium includes a 90-day replacement window, and Exclusive includes a 180-day replacement window. Replacement support is conditioned on timely payment, timely notice to BBN, no material change to the job description, and the family following applicable employment requirements.
BBN makes reasonable efforts to refer one replacement candidate within the applicable policy window. Because every household role is different, families should review the full client service agreement before hiring.
