VENTURA, CA – A wonderful family located in Ventura by the harbor is seeking an experienced and seasoned FULL-TIME NANNY for their baby girl who is 3-months-old. The schedule is MONDAY-FRIDAY from 8am-4pm, with occasional date-nights, overnights and weekend help. The Dad works outside the home, the mom works from home remotely but travels occasionally. The pay is $25-$30/hr., DOE, with paid time off and mileage reimburse for any work miles driven. They’d prefer someone who is Covid-19 vaccinated and up-to-date on vaccines (with the MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccines). Start date is early July 2024.

Their ideal Nanny is very experienced with infants and knows the developmental milestones for infancy and toddlers, is professional in their work and can be flexible with the schedule as both parents work busy schedules, and someone who can blend seamlessly into their organized and structured lifestyle. They are excited to welcome an engaging nanny, who will plan fun outings, adventures, and educational activities for their daughter! The family’s dream nanny has years of experience caring for preschool aged children and infants, has a positive attitude, likes to have fun, is super warm, and is an excellent communicator. All standard nanny duties include meal prep and cooking for their daughter, laundry for the family, dishes, and light housekeeping. A college degree is preferred, but not required. Someone kind, excellent at communication, and willing to help out where needed would be perfect for this role. Tidying up the children’s play areas, and bedrooms, and keeping up with the children’s laundry will be required. Some overnights are expected and you must be a safe and reliable driver.
